Mini brie & cranberry scones

Get into the Christmas spirit and bake these delicious scones - perfect for tea time!


  • 8oz self-raising flour
  • 2oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • Brie – as per own taste
  • Handful of dried cranberries


  1. Rub the butter and flour together until it resembles breadcrumbs
  2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients (chop the brie into bite sized pieces)
  3. Add the milk and combine together
  4. Roll the mixture out to 2cm thickness and cut out scone shapes
  5. Coat with egg or milk wash and bake for 12 minutes
